RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
Our Integrated dual diagnosis treatment supports the Stage-Wise process of recovery. We help people in each stage of treatment with the understanding that change is a process that does not happen quickly or easily. Through skillful application of Engagement, Persuasion, Active treatment, and Relapse prevention, we help the client navigate the Stages of Change.

PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION
Patient who needs support and structure than outpatient treatment can provide, but do not require 24-hour medical supervision. Our program offer the same quality of clinical care as out inpatient residential program and allows patient to return home in the evenings. The program is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3p.m.

DAY TREATMENT
Consists of series of structured face-to-face therapeutic sessions organized at various levels of intensity and frequency in order to assist the patient achieve the goals identified in their individualized treatment plan. The program is available four days a week, with some available in evenings and on weekend.

INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT
Patient who need a flexible schedule of treatment, typically 3 hours per day, allowing patient to live at home, attend school, and work.

INTENSIVE FAMILY INTERVENTION
A service intended to improve family functioning by clinically stabilizing the living arrangement, promoting reunification or preventing the utilization of out of home therapeutic venues. Services are delivered utilizing a  team approach primarily to youth in their living arrangement and within the family system.

GROUP THERAPY
Is gender and age specific. It is offered for mental health and substance abuse services.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Is provided by a Board Certified Psychiatrist or a Licensed Clinical Practitioners. The treatment plans are individualized and specific to patient’s needs or diagnosis.

FAMILY THERAPY
Is intertwined in the patient treatment plan, it is believed that family involvement and knowledge of the treatment plan is a key indicator to the long-term success of patients.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
Is prescribed if needed and reviewed at sessions with our in house Board Certified Psychiatrist. Medication management are sometimes needed in conjunction with psychotherapy.

METHADONE MAINTENANCE
State of the art Methadone Maintenance/Detoxification program. Medications are prescribed and reviewed by our in-house Board Certified Addiction Psychiatrist. The in-house Pharmacy is under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist who oversees distribution of prescribed medications and is an integral participant in Newport’s treatment team.

OUTPATIENT PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES
Empower Patient with severe mental illness (SMI) to manage their illness, find their own goals for recovery, and make informed decisions about their treatment by teaching them the necessary knowledge and skills.

ASSERTIVE COMMUNITY TREATMENT
A recovery focused, high intensity, community based services for individuals discharged from multiple or extended stays in public hospital or who are difficult to engage in treatment. This service utilizes an interdisciplinary team to provide treatment and community support 24hr/7 days a week.
